Blue Hills Reservation

Milton, MA

Website

Description: Popular for a reason, Blue Hills offers hundreds of miles of trails. Panoramic views surround the tops of its eponymous hills where wild blueberries grow in mid-summer. The Trailside Museum has paved accessible trails as well as animal exhibitions. However, most of the trails are unpaved, and some are rather steep. Its highest point, Great Blue Hill, is 635 feet. As it spans 7000 acres, it is recommended that you download the map on the website, and pack some snacks.
